I am a certified bridge Inspector. I support HOAs and Country Clubs for bridge inspection and asset management, including private bridges and bridges on golf courses. A bridge inspection is relatively inexpensive and can save lives and thousands or millions of dollars. 

Federal regulations for bridge inspections in the U.S. are provided in the National Bridge Inventory Standards (NBIS), which require many bridges and culverts to be inspected every 24 months.
